Search Fee: £500.00 This acts as a retainer fee for a period of up to 14 weeks and includes the property search, viewings, area information and conveyancing services until contracts are exchanged. If you still wish to retain services after the 14 week period has end, the retainer fee will be negotiated on an individual basis. This fee is returnable upon payment of a success fee, calculated as below. Success Fee: Payable upon completion, this will be either 25% of the difference between the advertised price and the final sale price, or 1% of the purchase price – whichever is greater. Rentals: The search fee will be £200.00 The success fee will be calculated as half the value of the monthly rent on the property located. |
