-          Once an offer has been accepted I will liaise with solicitor, surveyor, agent and anyone else involved in the purchase to ensure the sale proceeds as quickly and efficiently as possible. I will be your main point of contact throughout the conveyancing process and you will save time making calls and chasing the professionals.
